By accessing SYSTEM//SHOP (the "Store") and placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Store. We may update these terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

All products are offered subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities and correct pricing or description errors. Prices are listed in US dollars and do not include shipping or applicable taxes, which are calculated at checkout.

Orders are processed through Stripe's secure checkout. Your payment is charged when the checkout session is completed. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order. If we cancel an order you've paid for, you'll receive a full refund to your original payment method.

The OH_SHIRT tee is sold as a standalone item for $12 and is also included free with any full-price $199.99 shoe purchase. Standalone shirt purchases are final sale and non-refundable. Free included shirts carry no cash value and cannot be exchanged for a refund.

Full-price shoes may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unworn and in original packaging, for a refund of the item price minus shipping. Standalone shirt purchases are non-refundable. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of an approved return.

Orders ship from Philadelphia, PA. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

The Store is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Store or any product purchased through it. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.
