Full-price shoes ($199.99) may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Returns received after the 14-day window will not be accepted.

Approved returns are refunded the item price minus any original shipping charges. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout and typically appear within 5–7 business days.

The following are final sale and non-refundable: the standalone $12 OH_SHIRT tee and the free included shirt that accompanies a full-price shoe purchase. Free included shirts carry no cash value and cannot be exchanged for a refund.

Email help@keystoned.wtf within 14 days of delivery with your order reference number, the item you'd like to return, and the reason for the return. We'll reply with return instructions and the return shipping address.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or we shipped the wrong product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will cover return shipping and send a replacement or issue a full refund, including original shipping.

We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different size or product, please return the original item for a refund (subject to this policy) and place a new order.
